Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional luxury customer service by following the Selling Ceremony and maintaining grooming, dress code, and behavior standards.
  • •Develop detailed product knowledge to deliver knowledgeable service, build a client database, and drive repeat visits and loyalty.
  • •Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, developing solutions, and recommending actions to store management.
  • •Support stock operations including replenishing stock, maintaining stock controls and accurate stock records, and assisting with stock takes.
  • •Participate in store meetings, training, and promotional events; maintain merchandise presentation and tidiness, and work toward individual and store targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 31,500 - 36,500

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, especially in shoes or ready-to-wear.
  • •Fluent Dutch and English; additional languages would be beneficial (Mandarin preferred).
  • •Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and demonstrable sales skills.
  • •Knowledge of the luxury market, customer service, and fashion.
  • •Ability to handle multiple priorities and proactively anticipate client needs.
