Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform wide variety of office duties such as coordinating meeting arrangements, typing, filing, ensuring telephone coverage, greeting and directing customers, handling mail, and ordering and distributing office supplies.
  • •Administer, review, and monitor local invoices through InvoiceWorks and disseminate as necessary; process payroll in Workbrain for management and support staff; act as backup for payroll functions.
  • •Troubleshoot and escalate office technology issues, including telephone and copier machines; track employee onboarding duties such as system access, lockers, badges, fingerprinting, uniforms, and training.
  • •Support station event planning and coordination, handle bereavement letters and local communications, and manage employee parking permitting and assignments.
  • •Maintain employee files and security-related items, manage station meeting plans and periodic reports, update required manuals, and support auditing and budget preparation/reconciliation.

Key Requirements
