Senior Software Engineer (PHP with Laravel Framework), Workvivo

Design and develop scalable, secure backend services using PHP and Laravel for an employee experience platform. Build modular front-end and back-end systems, maintain real-time data feeds and APIs, and optimize code for performance and robustness. Collaborate with product designers, customer success managers, and engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and deep code analysis to ensure high-quality delivery. Work in a hybrid/remote environment and use modern AI coding tools as part of the day-to-day workflow.
