Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze the organization’s operations, processes, and activities to identify potential risks.
  • •Assess likelihood and impact of risks, then develop and implement mitigation strategies and control measures.
  • •Continuously monitor risk factors, report risk levels, and prepare/present risk management reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • •Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies; develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  • •Lead crisis management and emergency response, train staff on risk policies, and conduct periodic internal risk audits with external auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2+ years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
