Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to support reliable operations.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions across automation systems, electrical components, mechanical equipment, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using knowledge of automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic principles.
  • •Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems including PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other control devices.
  • •Follow safety protocols (including lockout/tagout and arc flash safety), document maintenance work in CMMS/record-keeping tools, and collaborate with production and the maintenance team.
