Job Summary

Maintain and repair production equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment to keep it running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to support reliable operations.
•Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions across automation systems, electrical components, mechanical equipment, and hydraulic systems.
•Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using knowledge of automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic principles.
•Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems including PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other control devices.
•Follow safety protocols (including lockout/tagout and arc flash safety), document maintenance work in CMMS/record-keeping tools, and collaborate with production and the maintenance team.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred.
•Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training in maintenance millwrighting.
•Strong technical skills in automation systems, electrical systems, mechanical components, and hydraulic systems.
•Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with machinery and equipment.
•Knowledge of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and arc flash safety; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
