Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced administrative and professional support for the branch management team.
  • •Assist with supervision of branch support staff, including onboarding, training, development, and associate communication.
  • •Own employment lifecycle activities for branch associates, including interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • •Support associate development through performance management, including goal setting and monthly performance coaching.
  • •Supervise work of branch support staff: prioritize tasks, assign work, monitor progress, schedule coverage, and manage timecard approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Must be SIE, Series 7, and 63/65 or 66 licensed with 1 year.
  • •3+ years of industry experience as a registered client specialist or comparable role; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • •Knowledge of advanced sales support functions.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PWM technology and productivity tools.
