Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Advanced Technology Engineering leadership and area leadership to define transfer goals, project timelines, and milestones.
  • •Own execution of area projects and tasks to deliver timely and accurate outcomes.
  • •Manage and drive DRAM technology transfer deliverables and schedules for assigned areas.
  • •Partner with Process Engineering, Process Integration Engineering, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering, and Fab Area Leadership to enable qualification and volume manufacturing ramp.
  • •Mentor the engineering team and help identify and develop technical and managerial successors.

  • •Experience with technology transfer between high volume manufacturing fabrications.
