Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise C-level executives by aligning long-term strategic goals with Celonis’ technical vision.
  • •Own architecture and roadmap efforts by leading data, cloud, and innovation strategy using methods like Capability Mapping.
  • •Architect first-of-a-kind solutions using emergent technologies such as Agentic AI to solve enterprise challenges.
  • •Partner with Sales and Value Engineering to drive revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic upselling.
  • •Act as a product advocacy and thought leadership loop by shaping offerings with customer feedback and delivering customer-facing assets and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally as a CTO (consulting), Field CTO (software vendor), or Director/VP of Enterprise Architecture.
  • •Experience delivering strategic communication of complex technical visions to C-suite stakeholders with clear business value.
  • •Deep modernization expertise, including Enterprise Modernization, EA methodologies, and a strong understanding of Agentic AI.
  • •Technical foundation in data architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS solutions such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
  • •Strong knowledge of Oracle, plus an MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent IT-related field.
