Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end insider risk investigations, including IP theft, major theft, trade secret misappropriation, economic espionage, unauthorized data exfiltration, fraud, and workplace violence threats.
  • •Develop investigative plans and execute evidence collection and structured witness/subject interviews using advanced elicitation techniques.
  • •Coordinate investigations with US law enforcement/intelligence partners and international agencies, managing cross-border referrals and privacy/legal frameworks.
  • •Manage concurrent global investigations and prepare executive-level investigation reports, threat assessments, and case summaries for senior leadership.
  • •Identify systemic vulnerabilities and gaps, translate findings into security recommendations, and develop employee awareness programs to recognize and report insider threats.

Key Requirements
