Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and qualify a profitable pipeline of opportunities while acting as an expert adviser to prospects and clients.
•Analyze prospects’ needs to design solutions aligned with Thales product policy.
•Explore and test new markets and offers, identify leads and potential partners, and implement new commercial offers.
•Build durable partnerships, promote innovation and ensure alignment between Business Line, Key Account Management and sales teams.
•Mobilize resources (campaigns, demonstrations, R&D) and produce key deliverables such as business plans, partnership agreements, value propositions, development plans and training kits.

Key Requirements

•Solid operational technical experience and strong knowledge of product policy.
•Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
•Proven ability to build partnerships and identify strategic opportunities.
•Creative, innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
•Ability to model business scenarios and develop partnerships.
