Job Summary

Provide remote technical security support for clients by diagnosing and resolving incidents related to WAF/SSLO and other security domains. Maintain support processes, ensure SLA compliance, monitor service delivery, and document/close incidents. Use service assurance tools to collect performance metrics, investigate root causes, apply preventative remedies, and keep configuration items secure and accurate while escalating unresolved issues and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide remote technical support by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving security incidents and problems while maintaining the support process per procedures.
•Use service assurance software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics, create reports, and maintain records for SLA compliance.
•Prioritize and diagnose incidents, investigate causes/root causes, escalate unresolved incidents, and follow up until resolution.
•Maintain secure, accurate configuration on configuration items (CIs) and track/log/correct information to protect assets from unauthorized change or misuse.
•Document and close resolved incidents, perform maintenance tasks, and update knowledge articles and ticketing portals according to standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements

•Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing (or related field).
•Professional-level certification in security technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, Blue Coat, ZScaler) such as CCNP, JNCIP, ACCP, PCNSP, or CCSP.
•Moderate experience in security technologies including Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
•Moderate experience providing technical support to clients and remote support in security technologies.
•Strong analytical and logical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent spoken and written communication.
