Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for plant process instrumentation and control systems.
  • •Diagnose and resolve failures in field instruments, and ensure calibration and verification of pressure, temperature, flow, level, and density transmitters.
  • •Perform maintenance, repair, and adjustment of control valves (globe, diaphragm, angle, ball, and butterfly) including calibration and configuration of pneumatic/electro-pneumatic/digital positioners.
  • •Prioritize maintenance work based on impact to safety, operational continuity, productivity, and operating costs.
  • •Provide technical support for planning and executing authorized work permits in the plant, following safety/quality standards and maintenance best practices.
