Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required; prefer 2+ years of HVAC experience and technical school/formal training.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency using hand-held devices (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
  • •Must be able to safely operate a vehicle with a seat belt and wear required PPE (helmet, safety goggles, fall protection harness, safety boots).
  • •Must be physically able to perform job duties including lifting up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs frequently, and occasionally more than 40 lbs, plus safely use ladders and access confined areas.
