Job Summary

Drive modification and obsolescence management for spare parts delivery and repair activities within the Product Preparation & Modifications department. Serve as the key internal/external focal point, assess and communicate operational impact, and formalize obsolescence analysis processes. Coordinate scope across helicopter programs and centralize the overall roadmap, while managing subcontractors’ performance, quality, budget adherence, and operational indicators.

•Act as the key focal point and representative for improvement, obsolescence, and supplier modification topics with internal and external stakeholders.
•Assess and communicate operational impact of modifications on spare parts delivery and repair activities, identifying risks and opportunities.
•Structure and formalize obsolescence analysis processes aligned with Support & Services standards.
•Ensure integration of requirements across spare parts delivery and repair activities across the helicopter product range (civil and military, French and German programs).
•Centralize and lead the end-to-end roadmap for all modification and obsolescence activities, including subcontractor follow-up (contractual, deliverables quality, operational indicators, and budget compliance).

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a similar role or in support/operational maintenance.
•Strong knowledge of helicopter structure and equipment (fuselage, rotor blades, dynamics, etc.).

•French and English fluency; German is an advantage.
•Team spirit, rigor, curiosity, and ability to handle multiple topics in parallel.
