Key Responsibilities

  • •Own SSM (Single Store Master) as business owner, ensuring accurate store master data, system alignment, lifecycle management, and ongoing governance.
  • •Maintain product data across SAP and related systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and end-to-end lifecycle integrity.
  • •Maintain and validate product and store data across SAP, TrueVUE, GK OmniPOS, and other platforms to ensure cross-system consistency.
  • •Drive data integrity and system health by leading issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • •Oversee article setup processes, coordinate vendor data operations with SLA adherence, and maintain documentation for system configurations, data processes, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1-year experience in Retail or a related position, or equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •Systems experience in the retail industry preferred.
  • •Experience with SAP and familiarity with SSM and TrueVUE and other internal system tools.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
