Mortgage Loan Originator

Originates mortgage loans in an assigned territory by taking applications, performing preliminary underwriting reviews, and routing submissions to processing and underwriting for approval. Follows up to ensure required documentation is secured for timely processing, underwriting, and closing. Performs sales activities away from U.S. Bank locations (at least 50% of the time) and helps drive loan sales through solicitation and an established referral base.
