Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate workers’ activities for setup, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure continuous plant operation.
  • •Direct maintenance activities across electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including repair work.
  • •Assist and direct diagnostics of equipment malfunctions and observe mechanical devices to identify causes of trouble.
  • •Plan and implement schedules for routine and preventative maintenance procedures, including assigning and monitoring personnel.
  • •Interpret company policies and safety regulations to maintain a compliant and safe work environment, and recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or equivalent training/education, or 5+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor (or equivalent combination).
  • •Ability to maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic control equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawings.
  • •Experience supervising maintenance and repair activities for industrial machinery and equipment.
