Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,600 - 108,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil, Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Nuclear, etc.) from an accredited college or university.
•Successful completion of an Ameren Internship or Co-op program within the last two years, with a graduation date no more than seven months prior to June 2026 preferred.
•Demonstrated strong performance during the Ameren Internship or Co-op as measured by supervisor assessment.
•One year of professional-level engineering experience preferred; directly relevant internship experience will be considered.
•Ability to solve complex problems, manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
