Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and validate advanced algorithmic capabilities including tracking, sensor/effector management, battlespace optimization, and threat forecasting for command and control software.
  • •Bridge system design with requirements management, modeling & simulation (M&S), and verification & validation (V&V) activities, integrating new capabilities into products and configurations.
  • •Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams, defining success in the face of ambiguity.
  • •Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance using simulation and field data.
  • •Own systems end-to-end, identifying and solving cross-functional issues to achieve the desired outcome.

Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience with a degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, or Mathematics
  • •Demonstrated use of model-based systems engineering in the program lifecycle with tools such as JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, and AFSIM
  • •Proficiency in Python for data parsing, modeling, simulation, data analysis, and visualization
  • •Strong background in statistics, AI/ML, requirements, testing, MBSE, and ability to apply engineering standards
  • •Authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance; travel up to 25%
