Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure multiple concurrent safety-related task orders are executed within customer deadlines and budgets in time-and-materials or firm-fixed-price environments.
  • •Participate in post-award kickoff, partnering, and status update meetings as required by project schedules and customer needs.
  • •Manage temporarily assigned SMEs or subcontractors and coordinate closely with the Site Safety Professional and JLABS EH&S personnel.
  • •Manage multiple projects with cost management and timely execution aligned to job order budgets and delivery schedules.
  • •Scope, estimate, and prepare resource-loaded schedules for new work for customer review and approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects, with 3 years in a federal contract environment.
  • •Thorough working knowledge of Federal contracts and safety standards.
  • •Strong working understanding of MEP interior construction.
  • •Preferred BA/BS degree in Safety/Project Management or PMP certification with equivalent experience.
  • •Must be able to read, speak, understand and write English and track status of 3–5 active projects.
