Key Responsibilities

  • •Set vision and operational strategy for the domain, translating team priorities into actionable plans and operational standards.
  • •Take ownership of high-complexity initiatives from discovery to execution, including roadmap structuring, cross-team coordination, testing, and iteration.
  • •Scale operations for new and existing products by improving efficiency, mitigating risk, and enabling sustainable automation and reduced manual workload.
  • •Represent Grow Operations in organizational discussions and embed operational considerations throughout product development.
  • •Act as first-level escalation for complex domain issues, collaborate with risk/compliance on mitigations, and define/track KPIs for domain health and project business impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,450 - 4,500 monthly

  • •Proven delivery of high-complexity operational initiatives end-to-end, with measurable operational impact.
  • •Ability to source and use data to scope problems, measure impact, and build dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker).
  • •Strong operational acumen across operational risk, defects, and gaps, with deep knowledge of domain controls and processes.
  • •Hypothesis-driven problem solving and clear communication to multiple audiences, using risk assessment and process optimization methods.
  • •Independently set quarterly OKRs aligned with Grow Operations strategy and define accurate forecasts, KPIs, and SLAs.
