Area Customer Experience Specialist - (Spanish Fort, AL)

Provide best-in-class customer experience by supporting multiple branch locations across the region. You’ll act as a financial concierge for walk-in customers—retaining and growing consumer and business relationships, processing transactions with strong cash controls, resolving issues, and educating customers on deposits, loans, and online/mobile/ATM banking. You’ll also support branch colleagues to deliver consistent service, while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
