Job Summary

Build and grow Adobe’s Content Strategy presence in India as a player-coach who leads and coaches a small team while contributing directly to product work. Partner with Design, Product, and the global UX Content Strategy team to deliver clear, consistent UX writing and content strategy across Adobe’s ecosystem, initially within Document Cloud. Shape local practices, connect India insights to the broader ADCS ecosystem, and influence design and product outcomes through clarity and usability.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coach a small team of content strategists, providing direction, feedback, and support for growth.
•Contribute directly to content strategy and UX writing work within a product team (initially Document Cloud).
•Partner with regional and global stakeholders to define how content strategy engages with product teams in India.
•Align local practices with Adobe-wide standards, systems, and ways of working to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and terminology.
•Partner with Design and Product leaders to shape experiences and advocate for clarity, usability, and cohesive workflows.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in UX content design, content strategy, or UX writing within product teams.
•A portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, clear thinking, and strategic impact.
•Experience working effectively in global or distributed teams across regions.
•Experience managing and/or mentoring others, with a focus on coaching and raising the bar for quality.
•Ability to operate independently and connect user needs, product strategy, and business goals to drive content and experience decisions.
