Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and secure new development opportunities supporting ScottishPower Renewables’ growth plans.
  • •Lead site searches and feasibility studies, including grid capacity, energy resource, access constraints, and deliverability reviews.
  • •Negotiate and secure land rights, exclusivity agreements, and commercial arrangements with landowners and representatives.
  • •Manage due diligence and prepare high-quality submissions for land tenders and acquisition opportunities.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project reporting, performance tracking, and governance requirements.

Key Requirements
