Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and protect HSBC Internal, Restricted, and Highly Restricted data related to the global DLP monitoring and quarantine tool.
•Follow detailed processes and procedures in security incident response lifecycle and its phases.
•Support the development of the Global Information Protection Team by monitoring threats and delivering sustainable detections.
•Review DLP events and refine policies to reduce false positives and improve resilience.
•Identify automatable processes and provide cost-effective recommendations to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Experience in monitoring and analysing DLP events on the DLP solution.
•Experience in day-to-day operations of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) process.
•Hands-on experience with security incident response lifecycle and its phases.
•Ability to handle, resolve data security events minimizing impact to the Bank, employees and customer.
•Knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations; strong knowledge of DLP and CASB tools.
