Job Summary

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions for cosmetics and food manufacturing facilities. Coordinate 6–12 month initiatives, define technology guidelines (Siemens Op-center Process), develop domain goals, track progress, and ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance while communicating features to future users.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the MES technology guideline based on the selected product capabilities (Siemens Op-center Process).
•Developing and implementing domain goals (function blocks) aligned with the respective project scopes.
•Ensuring processes to track progress towards technical implementation and effectively communicating feature implementations to future users.
•Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations related to manufacturing area and software development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
•10 years’ experience in the Manufacturing Execution System and Fine Chemicals Industry.
•5 years managing his/her domain of expertise in an international environment.
•Ability to implement scoping definition and to organize tasks/activities into a logical sequence.
•Ability to manage external contributors and assess quality of work.
