Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and review test cases for complex Vertex tax content configurations (rules, codes, rates, jurisdiction logic).
  • •Plan and conduct agile ceremonies and manage test activities within the team.
  • •Lead and mentor a 10+ member QA team, overseeing career development and performance.
  • •Develop and implement Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Program-based testing approaches.
  • •Provide test reporting, stakeholder communication, and defect management across releases.

Key Requirements

  • •Overall 6+ years of testing experience with strong functional knowledge of Vertex (Sites, Forms, Assets, DAM, Workflows, Templates, Components).
  • •3+ years of relevant QA experience on a Vertex Tax Engine.
  • •3+ years of experience as Test Lead with Agile working knowledge.
  • •Experience in leading or managing a 10+ member QA team or managing the careers of direct reports at different levels of career development.
  • •Good Experience on Test Management, Test Strategy and Testing Methodologies.
