Key Responsibilities

•Connect top- and mid-funnel web behavior to business outcomes including enterprise ARR, pipeline velocity, and LTV.
•Lead Slack’s global web experimentation strategy and set statistical standards for rigor, power analysis, and sample size estimation.
•Architect the digital measurement ecosystem (GA4, Adobe Analytics, server-side tracking, GTM) within a privacy-first, first-party data environment.
•Build and operationalize session-stitching, multi-touch pathing, propensity modeling, and behavioral clustering to segment visitors.
•Mentor and guide data analysts and data scientists; establish peer review standards for models, code repositories, and experimental documentation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Data Science, Quantitative Analytics, or Growth Analytics, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or large-scale digital platforms.
•Deep expertise in causal inference and statistics, including CUPED, quasi-experiments, confidence intervals, and Bayesian vs. Frequentist approaches.
•Proficiency with SQL and Python or R for pathing analysis, propensity modeling, and machine learning/clustering techniques.
•Demonstrated experience navigating server-side tracking, tag management (GTM/GA4), and first-party data strategies in privacy-restricted environments.
•Proven ability to guide, mentor, or manage data analysts/data scientists, with experience or clear potential/desire to lead quantitative teams.
