Job Summary

Own strategic planning and data-driven recommendations for TikTok LIVE’s growth across DACH. Partner with the TikTok LIVE DACH team to identify business opportunities, scale livestream initiatives, and ensure high-quality execution of growth projects. Build and refine processes to improve efficiency, communication, and OKR tracking. Develop the team’s data and analytical capabilities while driving cross-functional alignment to support sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary strategic partner to the TikTok LIVE DACH team, providing data-driven recommendations for business growth.
•Lead initiatives to grow the livestream business in DACH by identifying and pursuing opportunities to scale.
•Create and refine processes to maximize efficiency and productivity, ensuring clear communication across teams.
•Enhance project management and OKR tracking quality and efficiency for the business team.
•Own and develop the team’s data and analytical capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 4 years of strategic and analytical experience at leading tech companies, consulting firms, or investment firms.
•Experience with user-generated content and livestreaming is preferred.
•High proficiency in both oral and written English and German.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
•Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
