Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support the evolution of digital/information management standards, including data strategy, model governance, and quality control.
  • •Develop and maintain BIM frameworks such as Digital Twin strategies, model and data standards, CDE protocols, and BIM Execution Plans.
  • •Provide digital advisory guidance across project stages from schematic design through facilities management.
  • •Coordinate and champion creation, implementation, and ongoing fulfillment of BIM Execution Plans, LOIN matrices, and MIDP's with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
  • •Oversee model setup and digital workflows, conduct model health checks, and troubleshoot/support Autodesk Forma project sites while promoting automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years delivering advanced Digital programs on complex projects within the AECO industry, including construction administration.
  • •Advanced experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Forma (including Forma Build).
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams; familiarity with Power BI is an asset.
  • •Working knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Inventor, Reality Capture, Point Clouds, VR/AR, and Jira.
  • •Background in setting up Common Data Environments (CDE), creating construction documentation, and enforcing information management standards; a technical diploma or engineering/architecture degree is an asset.
