Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the Discipline Engineering Group for Mechanical Rotating, Static and Packaged Equipment across onshore and offshore projects; ensure delivery meets safety, quality, and governance standards
•Drive HSSEA culture, engineering integrity, and process safety across the discipline, preventing incidents through robust controls and lessons learned
•Provide functional leadership to Lead Discipline Engineers and oversee all discipline activities within the business
•Support continuous improvement and technical excellence across the organization by applying best practices and industry standards
•Role-model Wood values and maintain high standards of safety, ethics, and inclusivity across teams

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline; minimum 25 years of experience in onshore and offshore mega projects (Capex > $2B); at least 5 years of experience as Head of Discipline or equivalent leadership role; extensive experience in ASSESS, Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design stages; strong knowledge of ASME, API, TEMA, ISO, and Middle East client specifications; proven ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams
