Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and escalating safety issues.
•Manufacture products to required specifications for the Coating department and follow ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and GMP standards.
•Complete production documentation according to GDP requirements and maintain accurate inventory transactions using MFG/Pro.
•Operate a lift-truck for product movement and perform material handling including loading/unloading trucks and inventory transactions.
•Monitor and adjust process conditions, work with maintenance to troubleshoot machine issues, support continuous improvement/ELS initiatives, and assist with employee training as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) and 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
•Commit to safety and act as a role model for safety practices and procedures.

•Have strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to read manufacturing-related documents.
•Be able to work designated hours with reasonable overtime and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance periodically; be proficient with email and ERP transactional skills.
