Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and escalating safety issues.
  • •Manufacture products to required specifications for the Coating department and follow ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and GMP standards.
  • •Complete production documentation according to GDP requirements and maintain accurate inventory transactions using MFG/Pro.
  • •Operate a lift-truck for product movement and perform material handling including loading/unloading trucks and inventory transactions.
  • •Monitor and adjust process conditions, work with maintenance to troubleshoot machine issues, support continuous improvement/ELS initiatives, and assist with employee training as needed.
