Job Summary

Coordinate planning, execution, and analysis of customers’ quarterly developer experience surveys as an associate on the Program Manager Services team. Partner with Customer Success and Product to strengthen executive relationships and deliver DX Program Manager services. Own client communications, manage expectations, and drive detailed projects alongside stakeholders. Prepare analyses and reports to help technology executives understand engineering organization health and improvement actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and drive execution of detailed projects in collaboration with customer stakeholders.
•Own regular client communication to provide recommendations and manage expectations.
•Communicate directly with VP+ executive stakeholders at customer accounts.
•Identify technology executives’ needs and prepare analyses and reports on engineering organization health and improvement actions.
•In partnership with Customer Success and Product, refine DX Program Manager services strategies and recommend process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years experience in a customer-facing role.
•Experience in change management, consulting, business analytics, client services, project management, or operations.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to strategic stakeholders/leadership.
•Highly organized ability to manage a high volume of parallel projects simultaneously.
•Ability to provide consistent client service, including to assertive and demanding clients.
