Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the Système de Management Qualité (QMS) for OME; coordinate planning and monitoring of internal audits and evaluations; contribute to audits and evaluations.
  • •Organize, prepare and lead annual certification audits; pilot monthly quality dashboard; interface with the quality team LAS OME and operations.
  • •Lead the development and deployment of the Safety Management System (SMS) for LAS OME; provide quality support to the project pilot and engage stakeholders.
  • •Contribute to communication actions and promote a Safety culture (Culture juste) across the organization; maintain quality activities within the SMS after deployment.
  • •Collaborate with OME, GBU and group colleagues to ensure cross-functional quality and safety alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in quality and/or project leadership in an industrial, normative context; knowledge of the Quality Management System (Chorus) and processes.
  • •Proficiency with quality tools, audit techniques, problem solving, and the development and analysis of indicators.
  • •Experience implementing and maintaining Safety (aviation safety) and/or navigability for activities or products; EN9100 knowledge would be a plus.
  • •Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills; ability to train and raise awareness across functions; good synthesis and organizational abilities.
  • •Proficient in English, written and spoken.
