  • •Analyze business strategy and user needs to document processes and translate objectives into system requirement specifications.
  • •Provide day-to-day support for IT processes and applications for Legal Operations and Corporate Compliance, including user training as requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent experience/education).
  • •4+ years of business systems analysis experience, including custom configuration/development/implementation within the Intelex application (EHS solution).
  • •Experience documenting business requirements, test plans, test cases, and training collateral.
  • •High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • •Experience with data mapping and integration.
