Key Responsibilities

•Develop schedules to support the planning function for project development through to delivery of projects, with oversight of schedules during delivery at project and portfolio levels.
•Maintain and oversee project and portfolio schedules to ensure alignment with milestones and capital portfolio objectives.
•Coordinate with planning teams to integrate scheduling with cost, BIM, and master scheduling activities.
•Ensure schedules reflect contract requirements and post-contract scheduling needs.
•Support aviation and infrastructure project planning initiatives within the Queensland region and wider portfolio.

Key Requirements

•Experience using MS Project and Primavera P6 with cost integration.
•Infrastructure experience is required; aviation experience is highly desirable.
•Master scheduling experience is desirable.
•BIM integration experience is desirable.
•Strong planning and scheduling skills to support project development through delivery and for portfolio level oversight.
