Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inventory allocation activities using sales performance, store capacity, and customer demand to maximize sales and stock availability
  • •Review stock levels to identify allocation opportunities and respond to changing sales trends and trading performance
  • •Support replenishment management by monitoring replenishment performance and resolving stock shortages and overstock risks
  • •Execute allocations for new product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotional activity while analysing allocation effectiveness
  • •Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Logistics teams and produce regular reporting and insights on allocation and stock-health metrics

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years’ experience in Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, or a related retail function
  • •Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment
  • •Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for data analysis
  • •Exposure to allocation, planning, or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDA, or similar
  • •Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong communication and stakeholder management
