Associate Director (Central, Hong Kong Island, HK)

Originate, execute, and support event-driven corporate and capital markets (CMA) transactions for CMB clients. Partner with relationship managers to provide coverage for structured financing and capital markets demand, and lead deal teams across origination, arranging, underwriting, structuring, and execution of loan products. Build and protect credit structures, perform complex financial modeling and analysis, and collaborate on legal documentation and cross-sell opportunities. Ensure operational risk standards are met.
