Scenario Desk Underwriter - Home Equity

Support multiple pillars across Sales, Operations, and QA by covering the Home Equity Scenario Desk. Respond to guideline, occupancy, income calculation, and complex loan scenario questions while maintaining knowledge of loan program updates and internal credit policy requirements. Document scenarios and own SOP updates for the HE underwriting department, participate in process improvements, and partner with QA, processing leadership, and closing to remediate audit findings and handle credit exceptions.
