Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day operations of an established, light PMO supporting a large-scale, multi-partner, multi-vendor program. Strengthen PMO effectiveness by driving governance, reporting, escalation, and client PMO alignment, while coordinating schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and change management. Take ownership of deliverables lifecycle management (planning through acceptance) and improve the PMO operating rhythm and support model.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the day-to-day operation of an established PMO, maintaining practical project management standards, tools, processes, and practices.
•Provide operational structure and visibility to executive leadership and delivery teams across program priorities, progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery needs.
•Support governance, reporting, escalation processes, and client PMO alignment to maintain consistency, action tracking, and issue visibility.
•Maintain and oversee the deliverables management process, including planning, drafting, review, quality control, submission, acceptance tracking, and closure.
•Coordinate deliverables, documentation standards, version control/document management practices, and help resolve barriers to timely completion.
