Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise production associates by prioritizing duties, delegating work assignments, scheduling employees, and optimizing production and sanitation functions.
  • •Ensure quality standards, GMPs, environmental sanitation, housekeeping, and food safety and legality are maintained.
  • •Oversee training for new and existing employees on required processes and methods to meet Kerry standards for quality and safety.
  • •Serve as a technical resource to resolve production, quality, and work problems; partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS to address manufacturing issues.
  • •Maintain production documentation and records, perform required compliance testing, and drive continuous improvement using RCA, Fishbone analysis, CAPA, and related activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.

  • •Strong production management skills to schedule work and maintain quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
