Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to encourage repeat purchases. Meet individual and store KPIs while supporting daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

•Represent Coach and follow brand style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service standards; flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
