Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn AI product vision into roadmaps, and drive end-to-end lifecycle activities to deliver adoption and value.
  • •Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered products, applications, and intelligent workflow solutions.
  • •Build AI agents that make business-context-aware decisions, take actions across enterprise systems, and operate within defined guardrails.
  • •Create integrations across enterprise platforms using APIs and event-driven architectures to automate end-to-end processes.
  • •Partner with process owners and technology teams to identify AI transformation opportunities, prototype quickly, and ensure responsible governance and compliance for AI systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development or solution engineering experience.
  • •3+ years developing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • •Advanced experience with AI coding tools, Python, APIs, enterprise integration development, Large Language Models, and agentic AI architectures.
  • •Experience building and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments, including multi-agent architectures, agent orchestration, tool calling, and workflow execution.
  • •Practical experience with HR technologies and HR service delivery, including Workday and ServiceNow, plus Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
