Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6 by helping create a calm, engaging environment. You’ll assist with preparing and maintaining orderly learning spaces, observe children to understand their needs, and support individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides and your team to strengthen classroom community. Training and mentorship are provided through Montessori-specific programs.
