Key Responsibilities

•Identify areas of high risk and act to positively impact programme outcomes, ensuring safety and ethics in all rail delivery activities.
•Lead and manage large rail programmes with significant execution complexity, providing experienced technical leadership for rail project delivery in Ireland and other markets.
•Develop high-performing delivery teams for rail projects in the Irish market and contribute to tender development for rail projects.
•Drive innovation in technical and management approaches to differentiate our rail offerings and address long-term trends in rail.
•Collaborate with Market Sector Leaders and regional leadership to identify strategic opportunities and develop solutions, while contributing to talent development and knowledge management.

Key Requirements

•Degree in engineering, project management or another relevant discipline
•Chartered membership of a relevant professional body
•Significant experience leading the design of large-scale, complex rail or metro programmes and projects
•Track record of delivering high performance, achieving objectives and leading large teams on capital infrastructure rail projects
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
