Shape and lead the AI Insurance Solutions product strategy and roadmap within the AI Solutions Platform portfolio. Translate insurance industry needs into reusable, platform-led AI Service-as-Software products, guiding MVP definition through launch readiness and continuous improvement. Own cross-functional execution with engineering, AI/ML, architecture, security, delivery, sales, and industry teams, and support commercialization via packaging, sales enablement, and strategic pursuit alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape product strategy and roadmap for AI Insurance Solutions aligned with the AI Solutions Platform and Service-as-Software approach.
•Lead industry product execution from idea shaping and MVP definition through launch readiness and ongoing improvement, owning roadmaps, epics, and product maturity milestones.
•Build reusable, platform-led solutions using a 70% standardized / 30% configurable model and reduce bespoke delivery via reusable workflows, agent capabilities, templates, and integrations.
•Support commercialization by developing product narratives and packaging, contributing to sales enablement and demos, and supporting strategic pursuits.
•Track product performance using metrics such as adoption, usage, client outcomes, platform reuse, time to value, and stakeholder feedback to improve roadmap and readiness.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of professional experience in insurance, InsurTech, product leadership, digital transformation, or enterprise solution development.
•Demonstrated experience across Life, Annuities, and Property & Casualty, with hands-on involvement in at least two functional areas (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy administration, distribution, risk, compliance).
•Proven ownership of 2+ end-to-end product lifecycles, including strategy, multi-quarter roadmaps, MVP definition, and production launch with measurable outcomes.
•Delivered 1+ enterprise-scale initiatives involving AI/GenAI, intelligent automation, data platforms, or cloud technologies, including implementation, integration, or model lifecycle management.
•Led cross-functional efforts across at least five business areas and regularly engaged with director-level or above stakeholders in matrixed/global organizations.
