Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage incoming and outgoing communications (post, telephone, fax, email, face to face), including accurate message taking and distribution.
  • •Maintain an accurate, up-to-date scheduler, including advising/reminders and ensuring critical meetings are not missed.
  • •Control and trace documentation: distribute screened/signature-file documents, record correspondences and actions needed for reply, and ensure compliance with the quality management system.
  • •Handle guest/visitor administration by screening approved calls, checking admissions for guests without appointments, and maintaining visitor and appointment logs.
  • •Support executive reporting and administration tasks (data compilation, error-free reports/memos/presentations) and assist with HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Venezuela.
  • •Currently based in Caracas, Venezuela, with authorization to work locally.
  • •Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills to be successful in the role.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
