•Define and evolve self-serve and sales-assisted monetization experiences that reduce friction, improve activation, and increase time-to-value for real estate professionals.
•Shape reusable monetization capabilities that can support multiple products and business models, rather than bespoke implementations for a single surface or team.
•Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, sales, finance, legal, and operations, keeping complex, multi-team programs moving without direct authority.
