Key Responsibilities

  • •Conceptualize, develop, deploy and drive adoption of data science, ML and GenAI solutions that deliver measurable business impact across Operations and CX.
  • •Apply statistical and ML methods to analyze diverse datasets, including data exploration and feature engineering, to derive insights that inform business decisions.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate quantitative findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate effectively with analysts, engineers and platform teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • •Design and implement AI-augmented development workflows using agentic coding tools and LLM-based code generation; establish best practices for reviewing and validating AI-generated output.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience applying data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics techniques to solve business problems.
  • •Proven experience delivering end-to-end data science projects from data preparation and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring.
  • •Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and model evaluation techniques.
  • •Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
  • •Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data science toolsets, including Databricks and PySpark.
