Job Summary

Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced data science and ML solutions, including generative AI and agentic workflows, across Operations and Customer Experience. You’ll collaborate with global data/digital teams, IT, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable analytics, define experiments, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Conceptualize, develop, deploy and drive adoption of data science, ML and GenAI solutions that deliver measurable business impact across Operations and CX.
•Apply statistical and ML methods to analyze diverse datasets, including data exploration and feature engineering, to derive insights that inform business decisions.
•Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate quantitative findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Collaborate effectively with analysts, engineers and platform teams to ensure successful project delivery.
•Design and implement AI-augmented development workflows using agentic coding tools and LLM-based code generation; establish best practices for reviewing and validating AI-generated output.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience applying data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics techniques to solve business problems.
•Proven experience delivering end-to-end data science projects from data preparation and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring.
•Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and model evaluation techniques.
•Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
•Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data science toolsets, including Databricks and PySpark.
