Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop pavement designs for highways, roads, street, parking areas and airport projects from the conceptual phase through detailed design.
  • •Perform analyses and designs for various pavement structures, including flexible, rigid, and composite pavements.
  • •Utilize advanced software tools for pavement design and analysis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • •Prepare design reports, technical documentation, specifications, and quantity take-offs.
  • •Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (geometric design, drainage, structures, lighting, etc.) and participate in technical meetings with clients and authorities for design validation and approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a minimum of 6 years of pavement design experience
  • •Advanced proficiency in pavement design software (e.g., AASHTO, FAARFIELD) and mechanistic design software
  • •Experience delivering designs up to detailed construction documentation level
  • •Knowledge of international and local standards for pavement design and construction (ASTM, AASHTO, FAA)
  • •Valid professional engineering license
